H-Galden^® HFPE

H-Galden^® fluids are a hydrofluoropolyether product line for high performance and low environmental impact applications. Chemical and thermal stability coupled with excellent thermall properties and a favorable viscosity/temperature relationship suggest the use of H-Galden fluids for many applications requiring:

Typical industries served by H-Galden^® fluids are semiconductors, electronic, cleaning, carriers for fluorinated lubricants, solar, CPI, batteries, and food.

Heat transfer: H-Galden^® ZT fluids complement Galden^® HT fluids with comparable thermal stability, dielectric properties, and safety. They show improved heat transfer performance and lower environmental load due to the short atmospheric life.

Electronic reliability testing: their non-reactivity, high dielectric strength, low toxicity, non-flammability, and their material compatibility make H-Galden^® DH ideal for electronic reliability testing including thermal shock and hermetic seal testing.

Solvent: H-Galden^® ZV fluids are low molecular weight hydro-fluoro-polyether (HFPE) fluids used for cleaning operations where solvents are:

• Applied to hot components
• Heated prior to application
• Pressure sprayed onto components
