Polymist^® and Algoflon^® L micronized powders are designed for use as additives in coatings where improvements in release, rub, and abrasion resistance; slip, surface smoothness, chemical resistance, weatherability, and moisture repellent properties are required. These micronized powders can also be used to modify surface texture and gloss. Loadings can vary depending upon the application and up to 30% by weight could be added to achieve the desired properties.
