Hyflon MFA® perfluoropolymer can be used as jacket or primary insulation on automotive wiring due to its high temperature and chemical resistance. It is also used in push-pull cables because of its smooth surface properties.

Solef® PVDF offers outstanding properties for automotive cable and wire applications.

Algoflon® PTFE has outstanding chemical inertness in aggressive environments, thermal resistance, electrical properties, and non-stick characteristics in a wide range of temperatures from cryogenic to 260°C. Additionally, Algoflon® PTFE is nonflammable (limiting Oxygen Index > 95). These properties make Algoflon® PTFE the ideal material for many critical applications. In particular, Algoflon® DF powders are particularly suited for over-cable jacketing applications and primary conductor insulation.
